How do you balance your studies with your responsibilities at Magstrom?
I plan and schedule my workload in a way that I can keep up in all areas. Since I work with a small team, flexibility regarding location and when during the day to work is often up to us, enabling us to focus on studies when we need to.
Do you have a favorite aspect of your job responsibility?
To be a creative problem solver that has the resources necessary to within a short period of time go from an idea or vision to a physical product
Where do you see yourself in a couple of years?
In a couple of years, I would love to work close to the technology as I do now. Preferable within development & testing of our technology. To be our face towards customers and perform installations is also something I hope I can contribute to in the future.

How were your initial days in Magstrom and what do you feel now?
Initially I felt inspired by all that is going on in the company. Both on the R&D and business side. This inspiration and motivation increases every time I come into the office.
What have you learned from Magstrom? How are you thinking to use that knowledge in future?
I have learned a lot about programming, hardware and business development.
After all the experience you gained as a Magstrom trainee, how would you describe your development?
By facing new problems and projects, you will automatically grow as an employee and as a person. I truly believe that taking on responsibilities gives meaning.
Where do you see yourself in a couple of years?
Hopefully as an important part of the Magstrom R&D team.
